Terms

Websites and web projects
- Deposit
- 50% of the project price starts the work. The balance is invoiced when the site is delivered and is due within seven days. Paying in full at checkout is also available.
- The brief
- Your brief link arrives by email when the deposit clears. The build starts once the brief is signed. Anything you said you would provide, such as photos or copy, is due within five business days; late content moves the launch date, not the price.
- Revisions
- Two revision rounds are included. Changes beyond them, or pages outside the scope you bought, are quoted before any work is done.
- Scope
- A landing page is one page. A website is up to eight pages. Software design discovery is two weeks of discovery that ends in a scoped proposal, credited to the build if it proceeds.
- Refunds
- The deposit is refundable in full until the first draft is shared. After that, work done is not refundable.
- Domain and hosting
- The domain is registered in your name. Third party costs such as the domain, paid plugins or hosting plans are yours and are agreed before they are bought.
- Rights
- You own the site, its copy and its design on payment of the balance. One Block Shop keeps the right to show the work in its own portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
Film days
- Deposit
- 50% of the tier price holds your date. The balance is invoiced when your files are delivered and is due within seven days. Paying in full at checkout is also available, with Affirm and Klarna where offered.
- Lead time
- Film days book at least 21 days out so both script sessions happen before the shoot. Tuesday to Sunday, one film day per date.
- Reschedule
- One reschedule is free with at least seven days notice, into any open date. Further moves, or moves inside seven days, are arranged with Chad and may carry a location rebooking cost.
- Refunds
- The deposit is refundable in full until seven days before the shoot. Inside seven days it is not, because the location and crew are committed.
- Location
- Every tier includes a $650 location allowance for a furnished home, office or studio. A location that costs more is billed at cost, agreed before it is booked. Venues with 30 day cancellation windows make the date firm once booked.
- Delivery
- Every raw frame arrives within 72 hours of the shoot. Selects are yours to make. Finished files are delivered two weeks after your selects.
- Rights
- You receive full commercial rights to every delivered image and video on payment of the balance. One Block Shop keeps the right to show the work in its own portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
- What you bring
- Five to eight outfits, steamed and on hangers. Hair and makeup done before call time. Licensed agents supply the compliance line their brokerage requires on posts.
